In the lifting system of vertical shaft mine, the lifting skip is guided by 2 or 4 steel wire ropes in the process of up and down lifting, the upper end is fixed on the derrick and the lower end is fixed on the bottom of the shaft. According to the requirements of safety regulations for metal and nonmetal mines: the sealed steel wire rope shall be preferred for the steel wire rope tank way, the minimum rigidity coefficient of each tank way rope shall not be less than 500N / m, the tension of each tank way rope shall be 5% - 10%, the tension on the inner side is large, and the tension on the outer side is small. This requires that the tank way rope has sufficient tension and accurate value. At present, there are mainly two ways to adjust the tension of the guide rope, which are hydraulic screw and heavy hammer. The former installation is not convenient and the tension is easy to reduce. The latter requires a deep well bottom water pit, which is easy to be accumulated by falling debris, the position of tank track rope is easy to shift, the tension value of tank track rope is inaccurate and the investment cost is large. The tension of the tank way rope cannot be accurately detected and adjusted, and the later tension value can not be found and adjusted in time, which brings great hidden dangers to the lifting safety.

As-gsz tank way rope centralized control system is an automatic device for on-line real-time detection and adjustment of tank way rope developed to overcome the shortcomings of existing tensioning technology. The centralized control system consists of five parts: tank track rope tensioning device, force measuring sensor assembly, PLC data acquisition, analysis center, centralized control hydraulic station and remote control system. The steel wire rope of the tank way is fixed and locked in the tank way rope tensioning device. When the tank way rope is tensioned, the remote control system controls the centralized control hydraulic station to start. The tank way rope is gradually tensioned under the action of the tensioning device. The load cell assembly placed on the base of the tank way rope tensioning device starts data acquisition under the pressure of the tank way rope tensioning device. The collected force data is converted into electrical signals and transmitted to the PLC data acquisition and Analysis Center, and the data is analyzed. The remote control system displays the processing value and evaluation results, early warning the tension and realize human-computer interaction.

Set the upper and lower limit values, upper and lower limit values and set values of the skip tank rope in Figure 4. Click the green area in the figure and enter the user name and password to manually adjust the value. The value range is 0 ~ 10 (taking 10 tons as an example).
