As-ksq rope clamp is a new generation of steel wire rope clamping tool for load vessels with high automation. It can replace all kinds of existing simple, split and discrete steel wire rope clamping tools that need to be installed and removed manually. It is widely used for steel wire rope clamping and fixing during the installation and maintenance of lifting vessels such as mines and construction projects. The device adopts a unique double wedge raceway structure and has the following advantages:

1. Double wedge raceway structure is adopted, with reliable clamping and small sliding displacement of steel wire rope;

2. Good integrity, no spare parts configuration, no device falling into the well accident, safe use;

3. Small volume, light weight, high strength and good safety. The series products can be applied to the requirements of different wire rope diameters.

Operation method:

1. Place the rope clamp on the support beam, separate the left and right shells, push in the steel wire rope and align it;

2. Push the main wedge to pre clamp the steel wire rope.

3. After each rope clamp is placed, slowly lower the load steel wire rope to confirm reliable clamping;

4. After the work is completed, slowly lift the steel wire rope upward to unload the rope clamp, loosen the clamped steel wire rope, remove and withdraw the rope clamp one by one.
